Refers to 4THE14K Rally in Portland, Maine, in support of repeal of the US military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. Lady Gaga spoke at the 9/20/2010 event. A banner visible at the event mistakenly showed the hashtag as #4the4k. "14K" refers to the ~14,000 gay/lesbian soldiers discharged under DADT. #4the14k may also refer more generally to the anti-DADT movement itself. //addedby@shwwn
