(noun) 1. The opening in your bum, between your bum-cheeks, where your poo comes out (The biological term is "anus"). 2. A person who is unpleasant, annoying, hurtful, and/or infuriating. The implication is that the person has unwanted crap to contribute to the world, and absolutely nothing other than unwanted crap, just as the body's anus is a source of nothing but smelly poo, unwanted waste.
