The longest running science fiction series on TV, Doctor Who debuted Nov 1963 on the BBC. It centers on a mysterious title character known as The Doctor from the planet Gallifrey. Over the years, there have been several actors to play the role, the character regenerates into another actor. He travels through time & space in his TARDIS which appearances as old British police call box.
