What does the tag #fb mean on twitter?
This tag is used by people who have installed the Selective Twitter Update application on Facebook. Tweets ending in #fb are automatically imported to Facebook, all others are ignored.

Added on May 10, 2009Just a note, if #fb appears anywhere other than at the end of the tweet, it will not sync with Facebook.
