A complaint that a first world person has that is ironically superseded by the lacking of a third world person. For example, "I watched the movie The Ring now I'm scared to watch anything on my 65' LCD 3-D TV." #firstworldpains. Obviously, a third world person wouldn't complain about that because they don't have a 65' 3-D LCD TV.
