The Governing Council of IFAD is the Fund's principle Governing Body having full decision-making powers. It consists of all of IFAD's Member States and meets annually. The 34th session of the Governing Council is scheduled to meet on 18-19 February 2011. http://www.ifad.org/events/gc/34/index.htm
