Mexican Senator Federico Doring proposed a SOPA-like law. The guys in technology podcast "Nerdcore Live" were talking about this, but wanted to avoid saying his name straight up. In Mexican slang, bullshit is said "mamada", so a bullshit-er could be "mamador" (it could also mean c*cksucker).
