Our national anthem begins with that phrase, it means "Mexicans, to the cry/scream of" and then it talks about war and stuff. It's used as a hashtag to show traditions, complains, jokes, etc. (Example: #mexicanstothecryof La migra! la migra! -->you know?) It´s main purpose is make fun of the 200yrs of independence celebration on sept16th2010, as we have almost nothing to celebrate!
