Refers to the Processing code/computer-language . Also comes up in many other computer related tweets, especially where two hashtags have been erroneously generated for a single term: "parallel-processing" becomes #parallel #processing. There's another context that I don't get, but maybe means 'processing' as "I am giving this some thought".
