Reguleque is a Chilenisim that means "so so" or not that good, comes from the word regular. It was used in the context that a salary of u$ 92,000 a year was a so so salary by a Government official via twitter, when the minimum salary a year in Chile is u$4,000. This created a lot of crtitcism to the center right government in Chile.

Reguleque is a Chilean Spanish diminutive of the word "regular", and in the context, it roughly means "so-so". An outrage ensued after a high government official complained that her $92, 000 USD income was "reguleque"—Chile’s average income is about $20, 000 USD. Hence, the right-wing government was heavily criticized for its lack of sensibility on the widespread inequality.
