A hoax started by a man namned "Joel" to try and convince people to tweet @LadyGaga hours after his "sister died". He claimed to want Lady Gagas attention but no media attention. Unfortunable he recieved a large amount of attention and were able to fool Perez Hilton. No one know who this "Joel" is or his "sister Ana".
