Slide Slam is a format for Photographers and new media producers to project new works in public. The term was first coined by Foto8 in London for a series of open-mic evenings at Host Gallery. The format consists of a presentation of images, film, music and the spoken word, lasting no longer than 6 minutes with one or more aspect performed live.
