  • The #dcsummerjobs hashtag was created by David Hoffman and the JOBFORCE® program in the summer of 2010 in conjunction with a 'Summer App' project. In this project, kids were able to use their cellphones and an 'APP' that was created to let kids find jobs and to be alerted the INSTANT a job opening is posted so they can be the first to apply. DC was the first pilot.
