CBT means Citizenship Based Taxation, in contrast to Residency Based Taxation or RBT. At present only the USA and Eritrea use a CBT system of taxation which is unfair to the people. CBT combines paying taxes to your country of citizen with the country in which you currently live, it is tax on worldwide income and highly unfair.
